I have a complicated relationship with shapewear. On one hand, it’s great because it smoothes you out and makes you look a little slimmer than you actually are. On the other hand, it’s kind of a modern day torture device.
I’ve dabbled in Spanx and various types of shapewear for myself and of course for my clients – I am a stylist after all.
However after years of dabbling, the verdict is in, and I can’t stand shapewear!
Today I am sharing my thoughts on Spanx and other forms of shapewear. You’ll find out my thoughts on the matter, and I’m also letting you know, as women, we have a choice! We don’t HAVE to wear shapewear.
